"I was so excited when I saw a Head Spa was coming to Hagerstown!! I booked and appointment not knowing what to expect, but let me tell you how amazing, refreshing, and relaxing it was! After changing into my half robe and slippers, I was handed a nice warm fuzzy robe right from the warmer!! Amazing. The scalp analysis was something I've never had before but didn't disappoint. The actual treatment was amazing, and Esther was telling me all about the products and what they do, which definitely helped me. She also makes her own products, like what!! After the treatment, she rubs your hands, shoulders, and forearms with her own lotion. She used the chocolate lotion on me, and it smells so good you could eat it. I was then handed a small tray with a mini cheesecake, watermelon, and a chocolate. Then handed a pretty wine glass with sparkling grape juice!!!! I can not wait until my next appointment. The environment was so calming. I havent felt that refreshed and calm in a long time. Love love love this place!!! And of course I had to grab a hair butter before I left!"
